Termite protection built around your home

Termite Control Melbourne

Termites eat timber from the inside. If you think you have them, book an inspection. Our termite technicians inspect with moisture and noise detection and a keyhole camera (about 3 hours), then treat with liquid barriers or bait stations to protect your property.

Termite inspection: $440

  • +$7.33 a metre beyond a standard home. The inspection takes about 3 hours.
  • The $440 comes off a chemical barrier if you go ahead within 14 days of the inspection.
  • Termite treatment is priced per job after the inspection.
  • See live termites? Text a photo to 0468 008 673. If the photo shows live termites and you're within 25 km of our bases, the first visit is free, Monday to Saturday, with no deposit.

Warning Signs

Common Signs of Termite Infestation

Termites work from the inside out and are rarely seen. By the time damage is visible the colony has usually been active for months. Look for these warning signs:

Hollow-sounding timber when tapped
Sawdust-like droppings (frass) near wood
Mud tubes along walls or foundations
Blistering or bubbling paint on surfaces
Discarded wings near windows or doors
Tight-fitting doors or hard-to-open windows
Floorboards eaten through by termites
Our Process

Our 3-Step Termite Process

1

Inspect & Diagnose

We inspect the building inside and out, including the gardens, roof void and subfloor, using moisture detection, noise detection and a keyhole camera. You get our findings in person and in writing.

2

Treat & Control

Treatment is either a chemical barrier or a baiting system. We choose between them after the inspection, and it is priced per job.

3

Prevent & Monitor

We give advice on moisture and entry points, and we monitor for new activity.

Treatment Methods

Two Ways to Treat Termites

We use two termite treatment methods, chosen to suit your property and the infestation. Every product we use is registered by the APVMA (Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority), which assesses every pest control product before it can be sold or used in Australia. We use high-quality professional products and don't cut corners with cheaper second-grade ones.

Liquid Barrier Treatment

A liquid treatment applied to the soil around the building, forming a treated zone termites must cross. Used in homes and businesses.

Bait System Treatment

Bait stations that collect termite samples for identification and target the colony.

Getting the identification right matters, because it shapes the treatment.

Subterranean Termites

As the name suggests, these destructive termites live underground and damage the foundations of homes or buildings. They usually set up mud tubes around the walls to source food for their nests and eat up the wooden structure of your home from the base. Subterranean termites risk the structural integrity of any building and can cost thousands of dollars to repair.
