Our standard spider and general pest treatment. Double storey homes are $385. A double storey townhouse or unit up to 60 metres around is $350, and a single storey unit or townhouse up to 50 metres around is $300; a bigger one is priced as a house. Houses more than 60 metres around are priced per metre: $5.50 single storey, $6.42 double storey. On double storey homes the windows can be a standard spray, a gentler hand spray ("backpack", +$50) or clear, with no spray on windows.
