Most general pest treatments are done outside, so you can stay inside. If we treat inside, people and pets stay out of the treated areas until they're dry. Your technician will tell you how long.

Most treatments take 45 to 60 minutes. Mice and rats are two visits of about 40 minutes, possum removal takes 30 to 60 minutes, and a termite inspection about 3 hours.
Light preparation helps: clear food-prep surfaces, move items slightly away from skirting where possible, and note any pest hotspots you have seen. Each pest has its own guide in our Pest Library.
Many pests begin reacting soon after treatment, while the full effect can build over the following days as the program works.
Every booking takes a $110 deposit, GST included, and it comes off your total. Cancel 24 hours or more before the visit for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, or if no one is home, the deposit is kept. The balance is paid on the day by cash or card, same price.
Common signs include droppings, shed skins, damage to timber or food packaging, night-time noises in roof voids, and unexplained bites or rashes.
Most visits are done by one technician. For larger properties we may send more.
Our home treatments have set prices, GST included, listed on our home page. If we need to look first, it's a $154 inspection, which isn't charged if we treat that day.
Yes. Every price we give includes GST.
Yes: book two or more services together and take 10% off the total. A termite inspection is always full price and does not count toward the two.
Many Melbourne homes benefit from an annual general pest plan, with more frequent visits if you are in a high-activity area.
It depends on the pest. German cockroach is one treatment, and for heavier infestations we recommend a second treatment about 2 weeks later, to kill the young that hatch after the first visit. Mice and rats are two visits, with the second included. We tell you what to expect before you book.
For rats we use lockable bait stations and come back to check, as rats fit through tiny gaps. For mice, we seal the entry points we can find.
Yes. We treat silverfish, and we do bird control and proofing with spikes, nets and deterrents. Both are priced per job, so call us and we'll talk it through.
Yes. We treat houses, townhouses, apartments including high-rise, and heritage homes, choosing the treatment to suit the property and the pest.

Commercial clients get a digital report after every visit and access to our digital customer portal with all their information.
